RETURNS POLICY
Occasionally, the goods that we send may need to be returned. This can occur if the actual goods are damaged or do not correspond with the goods ordered.
If you receive Goods which do not match those that you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours to arrange a return. Goods must be returned in their original condition. You will be able to request a replacement or full refund. the-mangotree.com will take responsibility for shipping costs when the received goods are incorrect.

In accordance with the Office of Fair Trading's, ‘The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000’ Cooling off Period, you are allowed to return any order within seven days after the day that you receive the order. The Goods must be unopened and in a condition suitable for re-sale. The buyer will take responsibility for shipping costs when correct and undamaged Goods are returned.
You will be responsible for the goods until we receive them. We ask that all returns are sent via a recorded delivery service or that you obtain a certificate of posting which are available at the Royal Mail Post Offices free of charge.

- Refunds: We will refund all payments received from you, including standard outbound delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request or receiving the returned goods back.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the items to us unless the items arrive faulty or not as described.
