Returns
Our returns policy
You are able to return goods up to 30 days from when you received them. You will be responsible for the Goods until we receive them and you will need to pay for the shipping of the Goods to be returned.
Goods must be returned in their original condition and carefully packaged. You will be able to request a replacement or full refund.
If you receive Goods which are damaged or do not match those that you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours to arrange a replacement or a full refund.
We ask that all returns are sent via a recorded delivery service or that you obtain a certificate of posting which are available at the Royal Mail Post Offices free of charge.
30-Day Return Policy & EU Right of Withdrawal
We offer an extended 30-day return policy for all customers, which fully covers and extends the statutory 14-day EU Right of Withdrawal. You have 30 days from the date you receive your items to request a return and cancel your order without giving any reason.
- How to cancel: To exercise this right, simply click the dedicated "Withdraw contract" button on the bottom of our website, or contact us directly via email.
- Refunds: We will refund all payments received from you, including standard outbound delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request or receiving the returned goods back.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the items to us unless the items arrive faulty or not as described.
