Beautiful door knobs but slightly disappointed with practicality
The actual look of these knobs is great and they really do make a difference to the feel of my room. However, I was disappointed with the 'practicalities' of the knobs considering they're from a specialist site. Firstly, the pin that fits them is in much too long, meaning that it catches on things in my underwear drawers and that I can't keep flat objects like paper near the front of it due to the long end sticking out. Length could possibly be an option when ordering. Secondly, they do not screw on as tight as I'd like without causing damage; There are metal washers for the outside but a simple rubber one would ensure that the drawers aren't marked and that the screw stays in place/doesn't spin. I am aware I could possibly sort these myself but it is extra money and time that I think should come from a specialist/handmade service for the price paid.
