Fabulous customer service from Geraldine. I somehow managed to orders single knob instead of 5, so emailed CS & Geraldine got straight back to me & said if I ordered the other 4 she would waive the 2nd postage charge. Refreshingly efficient & personal CS for these times. I was in CS myself for many years, so really appreciate good service when I get it.
These are the 2nd lot of knobs I have bought from Mango Tree & I can highly recommend them, both for their unusual & unique products & their excellent CS.

2nd lot of knobs I�ve bought from Mango Tree. I love the classy, quirkiness of them. I like to be �different�, so they are right up my street.
I made a mistake with my order& had to increase the quantity. Geraldine at CS, sorted it out super fast for me so that I didn�t incur a 2nd delivery charge. A refreshingly helpful, efficient & simple approach to CS, sadly lacking in most other companies I�ve dealt with. Good work, Mango Tree.??
