We want to make customers feel secure and reassured in the payment process. There are various ways in which you can pay for products on our website. You can via a PayPal account or you can also pay directly with a debit or credit card.
If you wish to pay using your PayPal account, click checkout, follow the instructions, and you will be able to login to Amazon or PayPal at the payment stage.
If you want to pay using your debit or credit card, the payment can either be:
1) Processed by PayPal by signing in as a guest (you do not need a PayPal account for this)
2) Through our website directly.
If you want to choose the first option (with PayPal), click 'my cart', then PayPal checkout, and then instead of logging in, click checkout as a guest. This step can also be completed at the payment stage of our checkout.
If you wish to pay directly to Mango Tree Knobs, simply click checkout, and then choose 'credit card' at the payment stage. Read on for information on the security of our payment process (when you pay directly to Mango Tree Knobs using a debit or credit card).
Our website is powered by Shopify, who process payments on our behalf when you pay directly to Mango Tree Knobs using a debit or credit card. Shopify is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. This extends to all online stores powered by Shopify (so that includes us at Mango Tree Knobs!).
